Description and Requirements
Business Partnering
1. Interacts with key business stakeholders globally, including senior leadership, which involves negotiating or influencing on high-impact decisions;
2. Understand business needs and drive strategy initiatives to address CFO/COO and senior executive imperatives;
3. Focus on all finance enablers and improve intelligent finance systems to ensure an adequate fit with finance processes and strategy;
4. Develop and deliver presentations to audiences ranging from business line stakeholders to executives.
Project Management
1. Manage and track global transformation projects;
2. Align with business on the process changes to optimizing end-to-end finance processes for worldwide standardization, supporting new system implementation and supporting change management initiatives;
3. Work collaboratively with cross-domain counterpart to develop detailed work plans, deliver status, meet deadlines, meet or exceed quality standards;
4. Ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
