We are seeking a "full stack" cloud and platform engineer to develop a new cloud platform. This role will drive architecture, design and implementation of worldwide cloud platform. This individual will be responsible for innovation of architecture, detailed design and implementation of all elements of the cloud platform including user portal, middleware, OS, virtualization and containerization, storage and network aspects of the platform as well as data and analytics layers for the private cloud platform. 
This is a software development position in a highly collaborative environment working directly with Development, QA, Operations and Product Management teams across geographies.

Position Requirements
• B.S./M.S in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering (with programming skills/experience) or Computer Science (with hardware skills/experience) or equivalent practical experience 
• Experience developing and shipping commercial SW product or developing and supporting commercial SaaS, IaaS, cloud, telco, or HPC platforms 
• Previous experience architecting, implementing, deploying and operating cloud services in public or private cloud environment, especially using AWS, OpenStack or Kubernetes 
• Linux administration and/or development experience NodeJS, MERN, REactJS or ReactNative, NestJS superset of Express 
• Experience Mean (Mongo/Express/Angular/Node) Solution stack experience CI/CD experience including use of GitLab and Jenkins or other similar CI/CD tools and platforms RESTful API development experience 
• Excellent communications skills - able to work with teams across cultures fostering trust and collaboration. Comfortable presenting to large groups and executives. 
• Must be able to attend frequent meetings outside of standard working hours, to accommodate teams in other time zones. 
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills Investigation and debugging skills  

Nice to Have
• PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering (with programming skills/experience) or Computer Science (with hardware skills/experience) 
• Experience with Golang development Experience with Ansible, Terraforms, CloudFormation or other infrastructure as a code toolkits and frameworks 
• Understanding and experience with Boost C libraries SQL, NoSQL, ElasticSearch, ELK stack (Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana) and other database and big data technologies development experience 
• Extensive experience with C, C++, Java, Python and bash development GitHub portfolio or Open Source community contributor 
• Understanding and hands on experience with AMQP, Apache Qpid, AWS SQS and other messaging technologies and application using these technologies AWS architect certification highly desired Cloud API development/debug experience OpenStack, VMWare vCloud or SDDS, AWS, • Azure experience highly desired 
• Understanding of Cloud Security
