Description and Requirements


GAO, Sales Operations Data Analyst



Serve as the liaison with stakeholders to analyze their business processes/market and objectives. Gather and document requirements. Leverage data to identify opportunities of potential improvement and savings. Perform exploratory data analysis and leverage statistical modeling and machine learning to develop data models (regression/time series/classification etc.). Map current sales operations and supply chain processes, and conduct value stream mapping and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for data science-driven transformations. Support the business team in cooperative development and implementation. Develop KPIs to measure performance improvement and impact. Present findings developed through predictive, prescriptive, and reactive analytics. Simplify and explain technical concepts, models, solutions and insights to non-technical audience and setting appropriate expectations.


Requirements:

Master’s Degree

1 or more years of relevant experience

SQL; Python; R; QlikSense and Tableau; SAP; VBA
