Description and Requirements

  • Advanced education level (Masters or MBA) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with TFS/JIRA or a similar backlog management tool.
  • Launching services and product end to end
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a rapidly evolving fast paced environment.
  • A willingness to take the lead in new projects, be seen as a decision maker and drive projects to a successful outcome.
  • Project Management -5
  • Ability to gather, prioritize and align stakeholder requirements - 5
  • Good ability to communicate ideas, sound knowledge of MS Products - 4
  • Technical Knowledge on Client (Desktop, Notebook & Tablets) – 4
  • Structured Troubleshooting Techniques - 4
  • Strong Services Industry and ‘ITIL’ acumen - 3
  • Financial acumen – 3
