The GPS (Global Product Services) Product Operations Analyst is a key function that governs the services product performance across all five geographies. The role is responsible for consolidating key performance indicators and reporting on the state of business. It is key that the role is built upon a strong relationship with teams around the globe, an understanding of our KPIs and metrics, and a strong analytical background. Attention to details and an organized approach are a must, as well as responsiveness. You will report to the Director WW Service Operations.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
• Provide BMS (Business Management Support) and Analytical Support for services sales enablement
• Consolidate and track key performance indicators from geographies and conduct business analytics on a set of standardized indicators
• Deliver clear and actionable reports, analysis or PowerPoint presentations
• Respond to any ad-hoc request from the Management around sales and market performance
The role requires a close & frequent relationship with:
• The Geography Services Operations Managers and Analysts
• The Global Product Group team
• The Finance teams
• The WW Data Analytics team
• The other Team Members of the WW and Geography Services Teams
Position Requirements:
• Previous experience in working in finance, operations, analytics or equivalent, preferably in the IT industry
• Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
• Excellent Microsoft and PowerPoint skills. SQL and Power BI experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Successful track record in working proactively & autonomously
• Ability to coordinate and lead in a matrix organization to complete tasks or drive results

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2350 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
