Description and Requirements

Management Responsibilities

       Be responsible for team development and high-quality succession plan

       Review tower performance, expense and continuously improving productivity

Operational Responsibilities

       Design and continuously refine GTN settlement strategy, policy design, framework, methodology and process

       Manage & control payment operations, including budgeting, accrual, payment turnaround time, dispute & escalation management, Finance shared service center performance management

       Build and operate analytics, target and evaluation methods to review and report on program effectiveness and process quality

       GTN / Rebate performance review with Corporate and local finance

       Lead team to work closely with various finance process and business teams to build a strong knowledge management platform

       Create a roadmap for effective implementation of knowledge management using best standards

       Implement standardization, automation and continuous improvements in the process with technology and tools

Experience Requirements

       Minimum 10 years of finance working experiences in Finance area (technology / manufacturing industries is a plus)

       Working experience in rebate/commission related process, channel operations, vendor management, AR or AP preferred

       Minimum 5 years team management experience

       Education Requirements

       Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting

       CPA, CMA or CFA equivalent is a plus

Skill Requirements

       Strong people management skills to build and operate a skilled and professional team

       Clearly communicates advice or guidance; ability to negotiate and have discussions with management, executives and external business partners

       Able to deliver outstanding results in a fast paced, demanding environment

       Composed, highly motivated and loves challenges

       Fluent oral and written English (Mandarin is a plus)
