Description and Requirements

B2B Marketing Manager (Brazil)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth for Lenovo's Enterprise and SMB segments in Brazil.
  • Partner with Sales, Products and Channel teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, ABM, and partner marketing channels to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Ensure local execution alignment to regional and global marketing campaigns and objectives, adapting messaging and tactics to the Brazilian market.
  • Manage marketing budget, performance metrics, and ROI.
  • Monitor KPIs: Leads, Pipeline and Revenue impact.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure execution excellence and consistency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B technology marketing as leader of demand generation, and field marketing activities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customers and complex sales cycles.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
