Description and Requirements

The Global Account Manager (EMEA) will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing accounts across the region. This role focuses on building executive-level customer relationships, driving solution-led sales across Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) portfolio, and delivering long-term growth through strategic account management. The successful candidate will bring experience managing multinational customers, leading complex sales opportunities, and collaborating across global teams. The position requires approximately 30% travel across EMEA and globally.


What You Will Do:


  • Own and execute strategic account plans for assigned global customers, driving sustainable revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through consultative selling, cross-selling, upselling, and expansion into new solution areas.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and act as the primary point of accountability for customer engagement across EMEA.
  • Position Lenovo as a strategic technology partner by aligning business outcomes with customer transformation priorities.
  • Lead complex solution sales opportunities across infrastructure, data center, services, and broader Lenovo technology portfolios.
  • Coordinate global and regional teams to support RFPs, strategic bids, contract negotiations, and large-scale deal execution.
  • Collaborate with technical, services, supply chain, and business teams to deliver tailored customer solutions and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, account governance, and regular business reviews.

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or global account management within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success managing large multinational customer environments and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Strong experience selling infrastructure, data center, cloud, services, or other enterprise technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles, strategic bids, and multi-country commercial engagements.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
  • Experience within the CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing industries, including exposure to customers such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, or similar global organizations, is preferred.
