Description and Requirements

Position Description: The Acquisition Account Manager will take over responsibility for acquisition territory for Global Accounts in Korea. The successful candidate will - concentrate on activating accounts in the acquisition space korea. - needs to develop effective engagement model with key influencers and decision makers. - function as a consultant to his/her sets of customer in the given territory. - leverage on a Services and solution oriented sales approach while still being able to present on various topics including the strengths of our product portfolio through to reflecting the total cost of ownership to increase our customer’s value. Candidate must - Have an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate, and approachable. - Have a high level capacity for teamwork is needed to manage the close collaboration with internal Lenovo functions, especially within the Global Account community and with Business Partners. - Ability to rely on strong communication and presentation skills and his ability to build strong customer relationships on all hierarchy levels. - Able to manage day to day challenges like providing tailor-made configurations for individual customer situations, dealing with the pricing function, monitoring of orders and supply, maintenance of customized portfolios as well as Customer Relationship Management and Forecasting. Responsibilities include the following: - Build pipeline equivalent to 3x of target in the assigned territory Leverage on internal and external teams to drive activation of accounts in the given territory - Actively engages with the customer to identify opportunities, starting from higher levels of customer organization. - Translate customers’ business challenges and goals into IT opportunities in a compelling way - Develop robust account plans for key accounts - Provide accurate weekly forecasts Proactively builds and executes a plan to drive sustainable and profitable growth across Lenovo’s portfolio in a structured and recurring way - Maintain C- Level Relationship with the top customers Position Requirements: -- 5 years proven track record in strategic selling to C level executives, strong Inter-personal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently. - Degree in any relevant field Excellent sales track record Knowledgeable in both Client compute and Data center - Verbal and written communications skills in English - Strong network with business partner/distributor
