What you will do in this Job :

  • Exciting opportunity to build a global brand in a new segment for the business
  • Develop compelling global marketing communication strategy & plans for B2B marketing communication for Motorola Enterprise products & solutions
  • Work closely with customers, sales & product teams to develop differentiated marketing propositions
  • Present marketing & go to market plans, propositions and strategies internally for approval
  • Strengthen Motorola B2B brand awareness, consideration and purchase intent with B2B channels
  • Manage, administer and track all marketing budgets
  • Motivate and challenge agency resource
  • Collaboration and strong teamwork with other members of the Motorola global & regional team including PR, Digital, Brand, Retail marketing
  • Innovation - ability and proven track record of driving innovation/disruption in the business and the business model
  • Project manage key initiatives – provide stakeholder teams (such as Regional marketing, GTM, partners, agencies) with regular marketing information and presentations as required

What you would have done:

  • Acquired minimum 4 Years’ experience of B2B marketing in a global tech-oriented business, with marketing activities including strategy and planning, campaign development, sell-in propositions, development of training materials, traditional and digital advertising, social media, merchandising, transcreation, and budget development and control
  • Fluent understanding of channel marketing experience, key levers of growth, etc
  • Individual contributor experience in a matrixed brand management structure, and of working successfully across borders and cultures 
  • Ability to influence and follow through successful plans within large, dynamic organizations 
  • Interfaced with senior management level, clearly able to articulate and win approval for conceptual idea 
  • Proficient in social, digital media, PR
  • Team player that leads by example, motivates and inspires
  • Develops strong business relationships, and collaborates with all levels of an organization
  • Accomplished idea-generator who can push local teams to find new and innovative ways to maximize available resources
