As a Global Healthcare Technology Solution Manager, you will exhibit strong hardware/software product management knowledge in technology by having had demonstrable success of your offerings in healthcare market segments such as hospitals, healthcare systems and life science organizations. Experience in technical sales enablement and support of technology solution offerings encompassing hardware/software for Lenovo or an external healthcare information technology vendor is desirable.

The Global Healthcare Technology Solution Manager will drive technology-oriented solutions into the healthcare segments leveraging Lenovo’s portfolio of technology hardware offerings that include virtual/augmented reality, edge IoT, security offerings, high-powered workstations, smart devices, tablets, notebooks, desktops, monitors, peripherals and services either with proposed enhancements or in combination with partnered software offerings identified and negotiated by the individual.  This individual should be experienced and comfortable interacting directly with IT and technology leaders as well as external ISV potential partners, as well as healthcare organizations while being able to communicate technology value in those environments. Additionally, the individual will be expected to inform product positioning and support marketing strategies of those technologies, enable sales and provide technology support internally and externally accordingly.  This often can involve supporting the facilitating and driving of primary target engagement, prospect/customer demonstrations, and helping drive customer reference site establishment to help grow the business.  Understanding of product lifecycle and portfolio development a plus.  

The role will engage on a day-to-day basis with key contacts across multiple cross-functional areas and business units of Lenovo’s organization as well as external partners.  The role will require problem solving capability, the collection, aggregation and content create of data for presentations and reports, documenting solution enhancement needs, and related business matters as well as financial, operational and status updates and recommendations to management.  The candidate will also need to engage management as required with effective, efficient and responsive communication.

Key responsibilities:
•    Awareness, knowledge and understanding of technology, hardware, products, and value propositions associated with typical major technology solution offerings utilized in the healthcare market.  
•    Perform in this market segment as a technology solution owner capable of demonstrating critical credibility to IT and clinical customers alike especially regarding their owned solutions.
•    Provide subsequent communication to, education of, enablement and participation with Sales, partners, and customers  for messaging, demonstration tools, value propositions, training, etc.
•    Participate in the development, proofing and presentation of Solution materials for Lenovo Direct Sales Channel, future channel partners, as well as prospects/customers in the field.
•    Support the Healthcare SME Solution Managers and other Vertical Solution Specialists in their Sales roles by attending/participating in key events such as conferences, trade show booth/exhibitions, focus groups, customer briefings, customer advisory councils, strategic thinktanks, sales interlocks and related matters.
•    Monitor, measure and help progress prospective customer engagements forward, while concurrently providing communication/updates and such progress at management reviews.
•    Support all pre and post launch organizational readiness aspects of solution lifecycle processes as it relates to go to market plans and needs.
•    Participate in/and or lead special projects as assigned.

The Global Healthcare Technology Solution Manager must be a change agent that facilitates and supports the driving of new solution capability for Lenovo globally. 

Position Requirements - Core Requirements:

•    5+ years of experience in hardware-oriented solution product management, selling, implementing and/or providing sales technology support for Lenovo or known technology solutions.
•    Ability to learn, establish and communicate healthcare-centric features, benefits, key messages, value propositions to prospects/customers regarding the Lenovo Healthcare clinical technology solution portfolio.
•    Ability to lead the technology-centric collaboration on sales and implementation projects in a matrixed environment.
•    Ability to effectively communicate with and across organization levels from executive to administrative support. 
•    Ability to interface directly with sales, customer, partner and channel organizations.
•    Spirit of entrepreneurship and taking initiative, requiring high-energy, fast-paced, highly responsive, proactivity, and teaming/collaboration skills.
•    Strong problem-solving skills in an autonomous capacity. Travel domestically as required up to 25% with international travel on occasion as the need arises.
•    Bachelor Degree in a Technology, Healthcare, Business and/or Marketing-related field.

 Preferred Requirements:
•    Master's Degree in Technology, Healthcare, Business and/or Marketing-related field a major plus. 
•    Technology industry certification a plus.
•    HCISPP or CISSP a plus.
•    Understanding of multiple country/region complexities for global Healthcare implementations.
•    Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills with competence exhibited in Microsoft Office and other Microsoft offerings including Teams, Outlook, Dynamics etc.
•    Strong business product and process knowledge based on experience in a technology-centric organization including enabling solutions for sales and distribution.
