Description and Requirements

The ideal Global ISG Hybrid Executive will be aggressive, goal-oriented, articulate and possess sound phone and customer facing skills. A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must. In this role, you will work with Acquisition, Development and Retention accounts with primary focus on acquisition and development growth. You will work alongside IDG Hybrid Executives to uncover ISG opportunities and deliver growth within these accounts.

Who You’ll Work With: At Lenovo, we manufacture one of the world’s widest portfolios of connected products, including PCs (ThinkPad, Yoga, Lenovo Legion), tablets, smartphones and workstations as well as augmented and virtual reality (Mirage, ThinkReality) and smart home/office solutions, software and services. Lenovo’s data center solutions (ThinkSystem, ThinkAgile) are creating the capacity and computing power for the connections that are changing business and society. In this role you will be representing the product portfolio for the ISG business. ISG- Lenovo's Data Center Group is innovating the future-defined data center, today. From the simplest to the most complex IT environments for all types of workloads, our servers, storage, networking and solutions help maximize the potential of data centers.

What You'll Do: You will have ownership of a book of ISG accounts that pair with an IDG RAM rep; and will partner with your peers to exceed revenue, profit and services targets. This position will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities, selling the benefits of the full suite of Lenovo products and services; and selling against the competition. You will work within segment initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management. The Global Hybrid Sales Executive will also be tightly aligned with Lenovo's strategic business partners and will be expected to drive a significant amount of their revenue growth by leveraging the channel and the various channel incentive programs. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of professional inside or outside sales experience in a technology field or IT Industry
  • Must have had a quota carrying sales position 


Preferred Requirements: 

  • Understanding of data center portfolios and solutions
  • High level of interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills 
  • Must have the ability to penetrate, acquire, and transition opportunities 
  • Ability to plan strategically and improve profitability 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required 
  • Executive presentation skills on hardware and services portfolios 
  • Strong understanding of channel programs
