Job Description

“Practice” Areas
•    Plan and develop global or country-specific L&D courses, processes and policies 
•    Provide input on operational plans to support L&D course execution; works with Ops, Global L&D and HR to validate
•    Provide course deployment support for a given geography (e.g. AG); 
•    act as local resource to address questions regarding established courses and processes; may provide input on L&D course & program development and deployment from geographic-specific perspective
•    Independently provides responses to questions raised by HR Partners/other HR team members in subject area; identify and propose improvements to established processes and courses based on feedback obtained from customers
•    Ensure successful implementation and completion of L&D projects/ courses; obtain post-implementation feedback; implement process improvement plans as needed
•    Data analytics – analyze data provided by B6/ B7 roles to determine course updates, challenges and new learning solutions on a quarterly basis


“Operations” Areas
•    Responsible for the design, delivery and program logistics of leadership courses within the Global L&D team remit
•    Research and resolve complex operational or system issues for Global L&D, which may have been escalated from external vendors.  
•    Develops new or improved processes, procedures or systems based on feedback or metrics.  
•    Participate and/or lead Operational or cross-functional project teams
•    Ensure that L&D Operations systems, processes and strategies are aligned to corporate/organization goals, and are successfully and efficiently executed.  
•    Mentor junior L&D colleagues
•    Manage leadership 'Trainer' group in the Internal trainer program to deliver high quality content and learning based on independent metrics & analysis
•    Responsible for quality control & marketing communications related to Global L&D.
