Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:
* Lead on yearly Budget planning and monthly forecast, Interface with cross functional teams to ensure full alignment
* Participate in ODT/ IOD/ PIDT review process and validate business case for new product offerings
* Review pricing delegations and take adequate actions on overall deal management. Undertake Yearly review on list price alignment (if applicable) across all offering

* Investment planning, project performance tracking, and ROI measurement

* Develop long term modelling and simulations to drive towards industry benchmark pen rates
* Drive reporting structure rationalization to enhance measurement reasonability
* Perform financial analysis to provide advice to biz team on timely basis, and support executive review

* Responsible for Business Control and Compliance, continuous drive enhancement in process and system


Basic Requirements:
* Finance and Product portfolio experience with full P/L Scope (10 year minimum), MNC and Global experience
* Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities
* Demonstrated financial acumen, systems (BPC and POWER BI must) knowledge, and overall business insight
* Superior Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills
* Flexibility to work early morning and late evening hours to accommodate AP/ Global calls, capable to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management
* Experience in Service industry is must
* Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team
* Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously

* CPA, Chartered Accountant or similar qualification
