Description and Requirements

What you will do in this Job :

  • Lead the development of the global marketing B2B communication strategy that is compelling & consistent with the brand’s consumer strategy  

  • Strengthen brand awareness, consideration, and purchase intent for Motorola’s B2B proposition 

  • Work closely with various geographies, sales & product teams to develop communication that is relevant for each market needs 

  • Collaboration and strong teamwork with other members of the Motorola global & regional team including PR, Digital, Brand, Retail marketing 

  • Rally & win internal support for conceptual ideas, marketing go to market plans, propositions, and strategies 

  • Manage, administer, and track all marketing budgets 

  • Motivate and challenge agency resource 

  • Drive innovation/disruption with a challenger mindset 

What you would have done:

  • 6 to 10 years marketing communication experience with significant exposure to B2B hardware, software or services marketing 

  • Proficient with marketing activities including brand strategy and planning, campaign development, sell-in propositions, development of training materials, traditional and digital advertising, web development , CRM, social media, transcreation, and budget development and control

  • Excellent understanding of channel & customer marketing 

  • Team leader with experience in a matrixed brand management structure, and of working successfully across borders and cultures 

  • Ability to influence and follow through successful plans within large, dynamic organizations 

  • Prior experience in marketing products or services to IT decision makers, channel marketing would be preferred 

  • Team player that leads by example, motivates and inspires

  • Develops strong business relationships, and collaborates with all levels of an organization

  • Accomplished idea-generator who can push teams to find new and innovative ways to maximize available resources
