We are currently looking for a Marketing Strategy & Transformation Sr. Specialist that will join our team in Chicago 

About Our Team

The Global Marketing Strategy & Operations team is responsible for generating insights on our consumer base and defining the direction of the Brand. In addition, this team drives various transformational marketing initiatives that enhances the Brand experience for the Motorola consumer and improves consumer engagement with the Brand.  

What You’ll Do

  • Define/ update global marketing strategy – Brand positioning, value proposition, communication framework, target segmentation, etc.
  • Manage various transformational marketing initiatives
  • Engage with cross-functional teams across Global and local Marketing teams including research, operations, analytics, PR to drive alignment and enable informed business decision
  • Manage alliance partners and evaluating partnership opportunities
  • Report on performance of marketing activities to stakeholders
  • Innovate/ Identify areas of opportunities
  • Mentor for junior marketing team members

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing strategy or consulting experience
  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional certification
  • Experience with relevant software applications (MS office – PPT, Excel, Google suite)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree/ MBA
  • You will be successful in this position if you are a PowerPoint expert and love telling compelling stories through slides
  • You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Prior experience in the Tech industry
