We believe that unified shopping experience is crucial for every customer across all selling channels including: online, mobile phone and in store experience. Lenovo Omnichannel approach is a new strategy to ensure unique and top-of-the-class solution to our customers.

In your daily work you will:
What is Omnichannel? Omnichannel is a strategy that provides a seamless experience to the customer: Omnichannel represents a strategy that Lenovo is adhering to connect all sales channels and fuse them into one seamless shopping experience. The customer shopping experience that might once begin and end in a store or at resellers shop is a journey across many Channels that includes; online, mobile phone and in store experience . Omnichannel is a multi-Channel approach to sales that of course provide seamless experience whether the customer shops online or from a mobile device, a laptop, a brick and mortar or a reseller.

For Lenovo Brand Omnichannel helps to reach Customers at every touchpoint of the buying experience - online & offline provides relevant Customer experience across all channels , online , mobile , laptop , social media etc… Shoppers that buy online & offline have 35% higher lifetime value than those only using one channel Job description Creation & development the Global Omnichannel Lenovo program. of the program. Lead & drive strategic initiatives aiming toat adapting Lenovo best in class Channel model for the new OMNICHANNEL and Digital world. Develop a nat WW level the new value proposition for our customers at worldwide level that Lenovo expect from its partner including the compensation model.. Participate on The evolution of one Lenovo brand interaction with individuals also known as "Customers 360 ". Drive collaboration with all Lenovo entities that lead to the deliverables where our customers get the best Customer experience end to end.. Report to Global Channel Programs and Enablement Executive.

We need you to have:
Strategic planning and long-term vision while deliver execution on short term plans within Channel sales. Game-changer mind as you will proactively identify issues and appropriate escalation paths, with mitigation and strategies for resolution. Solid planning, analytical and soft skills, being able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. Project Management capabilities to drive continuous model improvement. The sense of keeping the right balance between Internal and External customers, being the key reference leader for the model, both internally and externally.

Preferred Requirements:
10 to 15 years of experience in a Business Planning, Strategic development, or business management roles. University degree in Finance or Business administration preferred.
