Position Description:

The WW Services Program Manager will help manage the creation and expansion of Lenovo Services initiatives across all regions and segments worldwide.  This role requires a dynamic thought leader who is comfortable and effective at influencing across worldwide and regional leadership teams to ensure that business objectives and P&L targets are met. 

The individual should use their experience, operations analysis skills, creative thinking and ability to draw on past business experience to provide creative and thoughtful and timely offers and solutions.   This position requires the individual to be a part of an Offerings Development Team and work efficiently and effectively with Service Delivery, Procurement, Operations, Geography Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance and other functional team members to deliver leadership offerings on-time.  Individuals will have the opportunity to work with and influence a variety of WW stakeholders to drive transformational projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Program Management experience delivering service offerings for global markets with matrix led functional teams, possessing strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering, Business, and/or technology-related field.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Candidate will facilitate program deliverables using Lenovo’s offer development process. Experience managing programs via both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficient in reviewing technical and logistical requirements, identifying tasks, coordinating resources and creating/tracking program schedules and dependencies.Able to identify risks in advance so that they do not create barriers to progress while ensuring a high standard of quality. Align details to the “big picture” program priorities while ensuring cross-functional readiness before product shipment approval.
  • Be a program evangelist, rallying functional support and ensuring the teams understand their deliverables, program goals and overall offer value.
  • A record of driving cost diligence and meeting or exceeding budgeted program expenses.
  • Ability to support and manage continual improvement opportunities and related projects beyond new product introduction and during the life of the product.
  • Operational understanding and strong ability to align to and help define process with functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience and eloquence necessary to interface directly with customers, partners (vendor and channel), and various sales teams representing all levels of management.
  • Reflect a spirit of entrepreneurship and initiative, regularly demonstrating a high-energy, fast-paced, highly responsive and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as Microsoft products with exceptional PowerPoint skills.
  • Travel as required up to 15% with the potential for international travel as the need arises.
  • Understanding of multiple country/region complexities for global Managed Services solutions.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, and/or technology-related field a plus.
