Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with copywriters, designers, agencies to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Monitoring all social media content
  • Respond to consumers and fans on brand platforms like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
  • Implement & publish an optimal posting schedule٫ taking into consideration metrics and customer engagement
  • Brainstorm campaign or giveaway ideas to engage audiences
  • Collaborate with SEO/SEM Managers to help boost search engine rankings
  • Foster relationships with key influencers on social media and coordinate campaigns with them to increase brand awareness and drive sales from their followers.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and shifts in target consumer habits
  • Additional day-to-day tasks include: Monitor hashtag usage and overall brand perception. Develop an influencer/creator playbook, informing how we attract, engage, and retain creators to drive ongoing traffic for all regions.
  • Work collaboratively at the intersection of marketing, product, content, and sales to develop powerful and memorable stories and interactive experiences that brings Motorola’s vision to life on all social media channels


  • Prior experience in marketing or social media
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a social operations coordinator for a Global organization
  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Passion for helping companies meet their goals and improve their focus on their target market
  • Ability to manage a multitude of projects at different facets in a fast-paced environment in a highly organized fashion
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Very strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Must be a collaborative team-player
  • Sense of humor – ability to stay cool under pressure
  • Flexible, willing to help when and where needed
