Description and Requirements

The professional we're seeking should possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and highly proactive. They need to be capable of leading projects across various teams and stakeholders within the organization.

This individual will be responsible for leading global master brand project assets, including displays, and both hard and soft merchandising. Their role will span from the inception of the project to providing daily support for execution with the regional teams.

Another crucial facet of this role involves managing the direct channel, developing, and supporting all activities related to the Motorola Store, Kiosks, and pop-up stores worldwide.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience or internships in marketing or trade marketing roles.

  • Knowledge of global trade dynamics, market research methodologies, and marketing principles.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to support marketing decisions.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.

  • Passion for trade and a desire to grow in the field of trade marketing.

  • Point of sales (POS) knowledge and experience.

  • Proficiency in English is required.
