Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a Business Manager to join its Worldwide Services eCommerce team!

As an eCommerce Services Business Manager you will be responsible for continuous services growth for Lenovo.com SMB customers across in EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Americas.

You will lay down and implement strategy to drive Services offerings tied to PC products. Responsibility spans from driving for tracking campaign effectiveness together with the e-commerce regional product management, sales evolution analysis and run successful campaigns, promotions and effective merchandizing as Lenovo announce and market more Services products

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee implementation and execution of promotional campaigns to increase services sales
  • Set up and maintain business reviews with regional Lenovo Pro key stakeholders and online sales managers, infrastructure/process business transformation
  • Ensure correct service offering planning and positioning Vs. hardware products for existing and new Services products
  • Support and ensure successful launch and implementation on Lenovo PRO of new services products
  • Identify training gaps and roll-out education programs
  • Implement incentives to maximize services upsell
  • Work across teams to leverage best practice and drive innovative solutions
  • Track services related KPIs to verify effectiveness of campaigns
  • Identify innovative opportunities in services online sales

You will report to Global Consumer & Web Services Senior Manager

 

Position Requirements:

  • 7+ years of e-commerce product/business management related experience
  • Experience working with global teams, across cultural and time differences
  • Experience on services is a plus
