Global eCommerce SMB Segment Marketing Campaign Manager

The Global eCommerce SMB Segment Marketing Campaign Manager position requires a unique blend of skillsets including B2B marketing strategy, digital media activation, campaign planning, agency experience, and the ability to collaborate across complex organizations and worldwide teams. The individual must have the ability to lead + execute campaigns from marketing brief through execution.  The individual will report directly to Lenovo’s Global Director of eCommerce Digital Marketing and is a highly visible position within Lenovo’s eCommerce Digital Marketing Organization.  The scope of the position will support Lenovo.coms Small-Medium-Business channel as the Global SMB Marketing Campaign leader across all geographies.   

The Global eCommerce SMB Segment Marketing Campaign Manager will serve as Lenovo’s global conduit for segment marketing campaign strategy, leading & writing marketing briefs, coordination across teams to deliver planning management through execution (strategy, content, site, media, process, insights, performance, & more), leading the development of GEO level campaign planning playbooks, media agency leadership, and more.  The position will serve as the lead point of contact for the end-to-end mid-funnel marketing campaign strategy worldwide. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SMB Marketing Campaign Strategy Leader Across Lenovo Worldwide.
    (Strategy, Coordinate, Plan, Execute, Recap, Measure, Evolve).
  • Work as Bridge Across Business Sectors to Create Cohesion in the Way Lenovo eComm Plans, Executes, and Measures Success.
  • Develop Global Marketing Campaign Briefs, Strategic Plans, Roadmaps, Media, Audiences, Site Experience, Content, & More.
  • Manage and Partner with Lenovo Global Agency Partners to Brief, Plan, & Execute Successful Mid Funnel Marketing Campaigns.
  • Assemble End to End Marketing Campaign Plan Framework as the Central Point of Contact Worldwide.
  • Lead Communication for Key BU Campaign Planning Meetings.
  • Own Project Tracking and Collaboration with all Partner Teams to Deliver Programs Based on Timing and Objectives
  • Elevate eCommerce Marketing Team as Center of Excellence by Leading Mid-Funnel Marketing Campaign Strategy Worldwide.
  • Build Measurement Frameworks for Campaigns with Clear, Concise Goals + Metrics to Optimize Results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
  • 7-10 Years of Experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce Merchandising, & Campaign Planning
  • Experience Using Marketing Automation, Campaign Planning Tools, eCommerce Measurement Tools, & More
  • Understanding of E2E Campaign Planning Process from Brief to Execution.  Strong Agency Experience. 
  • Strategic Thinker and Creative Problem Solver with Data-Driven Analytical Aptitude. 
  • Highly Organized, Strong Attention to Detail, and Outstanding Time Management Skills.
  • Strong Project Management and Process Orientation, Great Communication & Presentation Skills.
  • Ability to Work in a High-Speed Global Team Environment.
  • Strong Collaboration Leadership Skills, Clear Communicator, Ability to Navigate Complex Organizations.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Digital Marketing Tools, & More.
