Description and Requirements

Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solution Group is looking for Go-To-Market Product Marketing Manager for its Enterprise and Medium Business Segments. As a GTM Product Marketing Manager your goal will be to develop and implement clear and effective messages and programs to boost sales and strengthen our brand.   In this role, you will manage Lenovo’s ISG cross-portfolio initiatives relating to infrastructure, software, services and workloads and the related personas and buying groups.

You will be responsible for defining and building our Go-To-Market strategy for Enterprise and Medium Business customers to accelerate ROI and increase new customer acquisition. You will be a passionate, customer focused marketer who is not afraid to innovate and take chances to convince Enterprise and Medium businesses that Lenovo is for them. A deep understanding of the needs of Enterprise and Medium business and buying behaviors is essential. You’ll ensure alignment on messaging, key topics, use cases, solution content, expertise, and more. You’ll bring market intelligence and voice of the customer to internal operations, helping Lenovo apply its product and services to customer-focused stories that amplify our overall value. You will partner closely with the Sales, ISG Outbound Marketing and Channel Sales organizations to identify investment opportunities, addressable markets, and the marketing opportunities to reach our customers.


  • Ensure our go-to-market efforts always start with the customer, their challenges, priorities, and words
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to help craft compelling go to market messaging to best position our offerings while building on product messaging that sets us apart from others in the market
  • Create and coordinate cross-organizational teams, proactively ensuring that teams are synchronized concerning messaging and positioning, identified personas and buying groups, that address customer challenges, highlight key benefits, and demonstrate competitive advantage
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to identify and validate customer user cases and customer language around our key go-to-market themes
  • Implement best practices to ensure consistent delivery across themes and channels
  • Work with subject matter experts to define requirements and plan the creation of effective marketing assets and content, including but not limited to presentations, solution briefs, web content, and sales kits
  • Work with strategic partners where appropriate to align messaging and solutions to create materials that can be used by all relevant partners for their marketing efforts


  • At least 4 years of relevant (B2B) product management or marketing experience, preferably in tech
  • Experience in driving strategic initiatives regionally or globally
  • Experience in developing compelling business value messaging across marketing and sales channels
  • Track record of driving marketing programs that resulted in successful execution
  • Global marketing experience through multiple go-to-market channels
  • Creativity, excellent communication skills, and detailed oriented
  • Preferably career success with a large global brand
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
