As the Project Coordinator for Power & Cooling (aPNC), you will be a central figure within Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG). Working directly for the Hybrid Cloud Services (HCS) PNC Team and reporting to the HCS AI & Presales Business Operations Manager, you will manage the operational complexities of deploying high-density power and advanced thermal solutions.

A critical component of this role is Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring that all physical components and infrastructure solutions required for a project are meticulously tracked and delivered to the customer site well in advance of deployment dates, preventing any "on-site" delays for our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience: 3+ years in project coordination or business operations within Data Center Infrastructure, AI Compute, or Industrial HVAC/Power.
• Logistics & Coordination Skills: Proven ability to manage complex supply chains, equipment tracking, and multi-vendor deliveries across various European borders.
• Liquid Cooling Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of Liquid Cooling technology, including knowledge of coolant distribution, leak detection systems, and thermal management.
• Infrastructure Literacy: Strong familiarity with the data center power chain (UPS, PDU, ATS) and traditional air-cooling methodologies.
• Project Management software (Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project), and CRM platforms (Salesforce).

Qualifications:

• Proven Track Record: Preference will be given to candidates who have previously performed this specific role within a large-scale technology provider or data center colocation environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience specifically supporting Hybrid Cloud or AI-focused infrastructure projects.
• Multilingual: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional other  languages is highly advantageous.
• Operational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring technical specifications translate accurately into delivered hardware.
• Proactive Planning: A "forward-thinking" mindset focused on anticipating logistical hurdles before they impact the deployment schedule.
• Collaboration: The ability to work seamlessly within a highly technical team while maintaining accountability to a business operations manager.
