Job Description

  • Lead the Key Account sales team in driving the growth and development of the business (company market share and revenue increase), and provide local management oversight/ guidance to the Global Account sales team
  • Develop, manage, and maintain new and existing account relationships and deliver on aggressive sales objectives
    • Build lasting, consultative relationships with enterprise customer at CxO level
    • Manage and deliver direct sales targets and quota (quarterly and annual)
    • Manage sales team activity for pipeline development and acceleration
  • Work effectively in a highly matrix organization, and foster the right operational cadence and culture to drive for excellence
    • Engage regional resources (Specialists, Executives, and Alliance Partners) to fully leverage all of the company’s products and technology offerings
    • Manage and drive team performance with a strong focus on people and leadership development for direct reports
    • Coach and support sales teams and leadership in developing key strategic account opportunities
    • Creates a performance-driven culture that ensures the company has the best IT salesforce in the industry.
  • Sales Management
    • Manage P&L and profitability
    • Manage multinational and large enterprise account, and key opportunities end to end
    • Drive vigorous planning (forecast, pipeline, sales) and business management discipline
    • Assign sales quota, allocate resources to opportunities and territories
    • Collaborate with all business units within Lenovo on major deals
    • Responsible for driving operational excellence
  • Strategic Thinking and Execution
    • Revenue and market share growth strategy
    • Emerging and vertical solutions strategy
    • Competitive strategy – account and solutions
    • Strategic growth revenue stream development – services, cross-selling and attach opportunity
    • Business plan development

Position Requirements

  • Over 10 years experience in IT industry or vertical market
  • Proven track record in delivering against targets, managing/leading sales team and developing business plan
  • Experience selling directs to enterprises and large customer relationship management.
  • Able to collaborate and integrate a successful operation within the framework of the current organization
  • Strong sales experience across multiple industry verticals
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills are desired
