Description and Requirements

  • Hiring related work
    • Interview notification and arrangement
    • Pre-interview test & interview coordinate
    • New hire Onboard documents preparation
    • Candidate interview tracking
    • Assist TA in weekly recruiting report
  • HR Operations related work
    • Reply the daily inquiry from LBS employees (including of policy/process, LBS programs, insurance and guidance etc.)
    • Foreign affair management: work permit & business visa application, invitation letter issue etc.
    • Assist in LBS Town Hall meeting & relevant people related events/ activities, Assist in LBS Newsletter/ Wechat public account, prepare birthday Card for all employees.
    • HR seal management - Employment or income certificate, training bond agreement etc.
    • HR contract/confidential agreement/Termination Certificate print & chop
    • WeChat-LBS group Management
    • LBS Interns sourcing, interview arrangement and onboard process
    • Internal referral
    • New joiners onboard notification and guidance
    • Work with third party vendor to manage HR relevant affairs, e.g. payment
    • Support Insurance related work (include of medical card application for Non-PRC employee,
    • Local regulation collection/support
  • qExperience Requirements
    At least 2 years’ experience in HR
    qSkill Requirements 
    Strong ownership, proactive, self-motivated, high responsibility, resulted-oriented and process & detail attention, effective execution
    Quicker learner, experience with rapid and complex changing work environment, strong willing to learn and take challenge
    Goof interpersonal and communication skills and passion for work
    Strong office skills
    Fluent English
