Description and Requirements

Position Description:

* Provide strategic HR support to Infrastructure Solution Group (ISG) Development & Quality organization including organization structure design, HR resource planning, talent mapping, leadership development etc.
* Understand business strategy and engage business leaders to drive innovative environment through HR initiates/ tools such as performance management, recognition, and other necessary HR programs.
* Be responsible for key development projects such as Management Workshop etc.
* Supports HR-related communications rollouts for assigned organizations, ensuring that business is prepared to address HR programs and processes with accuracy and following the HR calendar.
* Collaborates with appropriate HR functions to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure business compliance with HR programs. To support overall Taipei site HR related matters.

Position Requirements: •

* A degree with at least 10 years’ professional experience, 6 years HR business partner or HR generalist-related experience.
* Fluent English in both oral and written, willing to work with colleagues in different time zone.
* Project Management experience, capability of dealing with ambiguity Strategic Insight & Independent thinker, Strong communication skills and influence Familiar with Taiwan Labor Law and related regulations
* Had proven record to handle ER case.
* Experience in global organization HR management is preferred
