Description and Requirements

The Services & Solutions Group (SSG) HR team has an available opportunity for an HR Specialist!  Solutions and Services Group (SSG) is Lenovo’s newest business unit. SSG was created to build services and solutions into Lenovo’s core competitiveness and serve as a key driver of transformation within the company. 

Position Description:
The HR Specialist will help provide support to executives/managers in the SSG organization by implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives which are focused on achieving and exceeding business objectives.  

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will: 
Execute the HR annual priorities to support the business, including not limited to annual compensation management, KPI settings, training tracking, etc. by following the policy and principle from our Corporate HR COE’s;
Work with SSG’s management team to build and drive Lenovo’s / SSG’s culture, drive employee engagement, create training and development opportunities, ensure strong execution for HR services and processes, and look for new opportunities where HR can add value to the business;
Work with business management to fill open roles, by hiring the right talent to drive Lenovo’s 3S transformation;
Management and tracking of organization headcount (onboard and open positions) with a clear mindset and attention to detail;
Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance cases, as needed;
Other daily HR operational tasks as assigned by SSG HR management.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, HR management, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
English writing and speaking skills
Proficiency in Excel, advanced functions
Good communication and presentation skills
Passionate of HR Business Partner role, willing to offer value-added HR solutions to business development
Organized and result-driven, responsive, detail-oriented
Independent, resilient, optimistic
An enthusiastic and motivated team player, proactive and self-motivated, customer-focused with a positive attitude. Acts with speed and is decisive in a crisis or other time-sensitive situation.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to analyze and interpret data
