Description and Requirements

La posición de HR Operations Analyst es temporal para cubrir un periodo de 7 meses está ubicada en Lima/Perú, y es responsable de los procesos administrativos/operativos que forman parte de la gestión integral de RRHH de los países de Chile, Colombia y Perú. Su principal objetivo es asegurar un delivery de excelencia frente a nuestros clientes internos y el negocio; y una experiencia del empleado enriquecedora para todos los integrantes del equipo Lenovo / Motorola.

Si quieres fortalecer tu entendimiento de la parte “hard” de gestión de personas esta es tu oportunidad.


Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología, Relaciones Industriales o carreras afines.
  • 2 a 5 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos en la gestión operativa, HR Shared Services o Administración de Personal.
  • Procesos de administración de personal.
  • Excel intermedio.
  • Ingles intermedio.
