Description and Requirements

HR Service Center Specialist will be responsible for providing quality HR services to Lenovo AP region employees’, including handle HR related queries, requests, and assigned HR transactional tasks within standard SLA.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general HR related queries (i.e. HR policy explanation, compensation & benefits, expenses, HR systems) from Lenovo employees/managers/HRPs in AP region, through email and online chat.

  • Be responsible for HR transactional support, including HR data maintenance, vacation data management, HR communications, etc.

  • Conduct HR system training to internal employees by different roles.

  • Collect and provide customers’ feedback to Lead/HR business partner/Related HR Operation team for changes required.

  • Produce regular and on-demand internal analysis reports.

  • Ad hoc tasks and projects if necessary.

Key Interactions with:

  • HR Operations (i.e. Regional HR Services, Payroll, HRIS)

  • Corporate HR (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility)

  • HR Business Partners/Local HR Partners


Job Requirements:

· Proficient in English (TEM-8 or IELTS 7.0+), fluent spoken and written English is required.

· Willingness to a long term development in HR.

· Degree holder Japanese in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

· Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behaviour.

· Must be customer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people.

· Excellent time-management, problem-solving skills and multi-task management skills.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
