What You’ll Do:

As HR Business Partner will support the Global Marketing Organization on tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving and exceeding business objectives. The selected candidate must have a strategic mindset, and a proven track-record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and managers. The selected candidate will have a history of implementing successful HR programs across heavily matrixed and global organizations. Expertise in thought leadership, organizational agility, business acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the keys to being successful in this position with Lenovo.

  • Structural and Organizational Design: Contribute to the business strategy by helping the business leaders identify, prioritize, build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.

Position Requirements       

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years HR experience or equivalent in roles of increasing complexity/scope in a global organization
  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience partnering with leader and managers stake holders within a complex matrixed environment
  • Experience supporting global leaders/teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong business acumen and better understanding of a marketing organization
  • Demonstrated success in establishing business relationships as trusted advisor, providing judgment and expertise
  • Experience proposing solutions others are reluctant to address, act in the face of resistance in the best interests of the business
  • Ability to influence business leaders individually and collectively
  • Experience partnering collaboratively with HR COEs (Talent, Total Rewards, Organizational Capability and HR support structure)
