Description and Requirements

The HR Partner role will support PC BU to achieve business objectives by implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives. 

As a Human Resources Partner, youwill: 

• Work independently with key stakeholders in workforce planning, culture promotion, hiring, training,employee engagement, annual compensation management, KPI Setting, recognition,drive consistency and high impact.

•Provide local HR support in office; deploy any HR solutions and execute the delivery.

• Expertly use all HR systems, follow processes and policy for global teams.

• Support managers on ER.

• Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business Position.

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, HR management, or related field.

• 2+ years of HR Partner experience.

• English writing and speaking skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.

• Ability to analyze data and use it to influence decisions.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Project management skills and experience.

• Results-driven,responsive, detail oriented, good business acumen.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work some off hours for virtual meetings with global teams (can be flexible).

• An enthusiastic and motivated team player,heightened focus on customer centricity for the organizations they support.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
