Description and Requirements

  1.  Acting as HRP role to provide strategic and tactical HR support to business team based on business need; Lead and facilitate customized HR initiatives through the use of HR consultation skills.
  2. Effectively manage and execute HR policy and processes, including Talent Planning and Development, Performance Management, Merit/Salary planning, Diversity, Monthly Headcount reporting, etc.
  3. Support LME HR key initiatives on talent development programs, org. & talent data analytics, HR BMS improvement and HR learning programs etc.
  4. Other work assigned by manage


  1. Bachelor degree or above
  2. 1 years above experience in Human Resources 
  3. Strategic, organized and result-driven, good at problem solving
  4. Excellent communication and execution capability
