Job summary 

·       60% focus on overall on the ground HR professional services, 40% focus on regional project management


On the Ground HR Professional Services includes

·       Work with regional TA team to manage HK office on-boarding/off-boarding, be the main local focal provides professional HR services to employees and managers includes on-boarding documents, social benefit, off-boarding exit interview, involuntary separation support … etc.

·       Work with regional payroll team ensure salary, commission data accuracy

·       In charge of HK office benefit category, to work with regional Compensation & Benefit team to review and enhance benefits items includes but not limited in health check, social insurance, group insurance, Employee Assistant Program and others.

·       HR Vendor management includes contract services agreement, service performance, payment, and data management.

·       HK office HR relative payment and gov. letter handling

·       HK office HR Communication management

·       HK office Training and Development support, support HR Manager to select and identify external vendor, venue when receiving clear training plan be the main focal to manage overall training delivering.

·       HK office recruitment activities support for responsible BU.

·       Working Visa management.

·       Regional support

Hong Kong HR Project Management

·       In charge of employee engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility project management includes budget management, event planning and implementation, logistic management, reporting and project performance tracking.

·       HK office contractor/outsourcing project leader, in charge of contract life cycle, to work with business leaders, HR and agency ensure consistent outsourcing manpower management across all business unit.

·       HK office employee reward and recognition program includes program designed budget management, nomination, selection, communication, and recognition and program reviewing.

Regional HR Project.

·       Act as a project lead focal to plan and design in Central Asia Pacific regional project details per regional/global guideline

·       Act as a project lead to promote and communicate to increase leaders, employees, and internal/external stakeholders commitment level

·       Act as a project leader to manage program performance, reporting and data analysis as a regular basic.

·       Act as local focal participate regular meeting and present when necessary.


·       Over 4 years HR working experiences in Employee Relationship, recruitment/training experiences, HR generalist role is a plus.

·       Great communication skills, able to influence stakeholders when necessary.

·       Enjoy fast moving working environments

·       Able to think out of boxes with new ideas and able to implement with good follow-up skills

·       Great understanding of HK labor law, social insurance knowledges and with at least 2 years experiences in managing compliance or performance issues case.

·       Out-going and out-spoken, able to build up rapport easily with different level of employees.

·       Detail oriented, sensitive of data, numbers and report.

·       Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

·       Fluent in English
