Description and Requirements

  • Contact and go-to-person for employees and managers for any HR and payroll related questions
  • Operational support for HR Manager
  • Recruiting for selected positions, coordinate with agencies
  • Management of our local student program
  • Management of various elements of the employee life cycle like contract creation, preparation for works council hearings, onboarding, exit management, etc.
  • Responsible for HC reporting and other reporting needs
  • Managing exit interviews, lessons learned programs
