Description and Requirements

Job Description:

  • Lead and contribute to global projects as the most knowledgeable global resource within multiple systems, primarily Workday.
  • Lead and conduct Workday HCM functional design, configuration, testing, and deploy to meet business needs.
  • Lead and drive Workday new feature and AI adoptions, partnering with cross-functional teams. Experience with SaaS AI agent implementation is preferred.
  • Partner with IT and business owners to understand, develop, and implement HR system solutions and products, incl Workday Extend.
  • Supervise, coach and mentor junior resources as a tech lead on technical design and best practices, impact analysis, etc.
  • Advocate for the end user and proactively recommend opportunities to streamline, simplify, and optimize the user experiences across all.
  • Partner effectively with, and influence, key stakeholders with technical design decisions, make recommendations based on external perspectives and internal data.
  • Translate the big picture into detailed design and configuration tasks.
  • Own successful delivery of projects within their domain.
  • Drive strategic objectives in their given area of expertise and proactively research HR systems' new functionality and best solution.
  • Clear perspective on opportunities to optimize Workday, partner with internal stakeholders to implement new modules and process improvements designed to enhance user experience and process efficiency.
  • Conduct knowledge sharing/transfer sessions with HRIS team, customers, partners, and HR service center employees.
  • Develop technical and AI knowledge and skills through informal exploration, formal training, and experience.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Information Technology, AI, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in Workday HCM module configurations, system enhancements, data loading technology, AI, and agents.
  • Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation module configurations, Workday reporting, and calculated fields.
  • Knowledge of Workday integration technology.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality delivery, including thorough testing and clear documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Resilient and embraces AI-driven transformations, adapts to changing environments, and contributes to agile, customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong design thinking mindset, generates out-of-the-box solutions even to a typical requirement.
  • Willing to try new things and learn rapidly by doing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
