Description and Requirements

Job Description

  • Oversee the status of HRIS projects and support prioritization efforts across initiatives.

  • Monitor resource allocation and assist with resource planning and management to ensure optimal utilization.

  • Support contract and vendor management, including payment tracking, vendor performance review, and contract renewal.

  • Track budget versus actual expenses and provide regular budget updates to HRIS leadership.

  • Provide strategy support and other top-down initiatives such as process re-engineering to accelerate AI transformation.

  • Drive internal team initiatives and proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes.

  • Organize and facilitate regular team meetings and communications.

  • Coordinate team-building activities and internal events.

  • Provide administrative support to the HRIS Director.



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.

  • 3-5 years of PMO or HRIS/HR Digital Transformation experience is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal English is required.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent time management & multitasking ability.

  • Good sense of data, strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

  • Responsible and self-driven, good behavior of integrity and compliance.

  • Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams across the global.

  • Skilled at Microsoft office software: Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

  • Experience working with MS Copilot or other AI-powered productivity tools is preferred.
