Description and Requirements

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope, schedule, cost and quality.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Monitor overall project progress, proactively identify risks (e.g. delays, resource gaps, requirement changes), and drive mitigation and resolution actions.
  • Work closely with HRIS/DT/IT/business leaders or external vendors to coordinate resources and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Drive high-quality delivery across key project phases, including requirement analysis, solution design, technical deployment, testing sigh-off and MTP etc.
  • Support system go-live transition to operations and post go-live stabilization to ensure a smooth and successful project closure.
  • Coordinate with DT/IT and stakeholders on needed governance operations such as resource plan, budget tracking, benefits realization etc.
  • Structured and timely project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve project management process by staying current with industry trends, leaning from best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager or similar role, preferably within HRIS or enterprise IT domain.
  • Experience managing and delivering of technology-driven solution or product development projects.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrates strong sense of ownership, urgency and adaptability.
  • Strong understanding of HR process and systems, and AI-enabled solutions is preferred.
  • Experience managing AI or AI agent related projects is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet is an advantage.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
