Description and Requirements

Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of the HR system, from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and executive teams, to define Lenovo home-grown product requirements, roadmap, and strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and deliver a competitive product and solution.
  • Responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, prototyping and support testing.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with Integration team to review integrations requirement, co-design and test integration solution
  • Drive adoption and usage of the HRIS system through effective communication and training programs.
  • Troubleshoots and assists end user with issue or daily inquiry about related system.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS and HCM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRIS or similar role in HR or HCM domain.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and functions, preferably with hands-on experience in Direct Labor / Workforce Management HR systems.
  • Technical background is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex software development projects from concept to launch.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in Time & Attendance or Payroll module is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
