Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 作为HRBP角色支持全球化业务团队，理解业务战略并促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效实施；
2. 对业务有洞察力及商业信息敏感度，擅长组织结构设计与优化，推动组织变革，基于业务战略规划，制定并不断优化人力资源规划及战略机制，协助部门进行内部组织结构优化及调整，激发组织活力与做好人才保留与激励;
3. Lead研究行业趋势，结合公司策略进行组织能力诊断及组织效能评估，统筹集团人才盘点，识别人才供应链现状，设计相应的人才发展规划；
4. 与HR各职能部门紧密交流合作，不断完善相关人力资源制度、流程、体系，了解行业领先的趋势，提升人力资源运作效率；
5. 负责核心人才梯队培养机制的完善，推动人才储备和梯队建设以满足业务发展的需求，提高组织战斗力和团队凝结力;

岗位要求：
1. 专业知识与技能
 · 熟悉HR全盘流程，精通HC管理、薪酬周期、员工激励等常规模块的操作实务；
· 熟悉和掌握组织诊断方法及变革管理框架，有组织变革和发展的从业经历优先；
· 优秀的英文沟通和呈现能力（英语口语为必须项）；
· 熟练使用Excel（透视表、函数）、PPT等办公工具，Power BI为加分项；
· 对AI工具有实际应用经验，能独立探索并落地数字化提效方案；

2. 核心能力素质
 · 业务洞察力：能快速理解GSC业务模式，对业务真实需求拥有较高敏感度和识别能力；
· 咨询与沟通能力：能与业务leader及员工建立信任，有出色的沟通和协调能力；
· 项目管理能力：能系统化设计并推动OD项目，协调多方资源达成目标；
· 数据分析和应用：善于从数据中发现趋势、异常与机会，并能清晰呈现洞察，乐于探索新工具；
· 抗压与灵活性：多任务协同处理，适应业务节奏变化。
