Description and Requirements

岗位职责:
1. 作为HRBP角色支持全球化业务团队,理解业务战略并促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效实施;
2. 对业务有洞察力及商业信息敏感度,擅长组织结构设计与优化,推动组织变革,基于业务战略规划,制定并不断优化人力资源规划及战略机制,协助部门进行内部组织结构优化及调整,激发组织活力与做好人才保留与激励;
3. Lead研究行业趋势,结合公司策略进行组织能力诊断及组织效能评估,统筹集团人才盘点,识别人才供应链现状,设计相应的人才发展规划;
4. 与HR各职能部门紧密交流合作,不断完善相关人力资源制度、流程、体系,了解行业领先的趋势,提升人力资源运作效率;
5. 负责核心人才梯队培养机制的完善,推动人才储备和梯队建设以满足业务发展的需求,提高组织战斗力和团队凝结力;

岗位要求:
1. 专业知识与技能
 · 熟悉HR全盘流程,精通HC管理、薪酬周期、员工激励等常规模块的操作实务;
· 熟悉和掌握组织诊断方法及变革管理框架,有组织变革和发展的从业经历优先;
· 优秀的英文沟通和呈现能力(英语口语为必须项);
· 熟练使用Excel(透视表、函数)、PPT等办公工具,Power BI为加分项;
· 对AI工具有实际应用经验,能独立探索并落地数字化提效方案;

2. 核心能力素质
 · 业务洞察力:能快速理解GSC业务模式,对业务真实需求拥有较高敏感度和识别能力;
· 咨询与沟通能力:能与业务leader及员工建立信任,有出色的沟通和协调能力;
· 项目管理能力:能系统化设计并推动OD项目,协调多方资源达成目标;
· 数据分析和应用:善于从数据中发现趋势、异常与机会,并能清晰呈现洞察,乐于探索新工具;
· 抗压与灵活性:多任务协同处理,适应业务节奏变化。
