Description and Requirements

岗位职责 

- 负责推动 `SDD（Spec-Driven Development）` 在团队内落地，建设覆盖需求澄清、方案设计、开发、测试、交付的标准化研发流程。

- 结合 `AI智能体`、`AI Coding`、数字员工等能力，设计并落地研发提效方案，持续提升交付效率与研发质量。

- 沉淀 `SDD` 相关规范、模板、流程、工具和最佳实践，推动组织级复制与推广。

- 与产品、研发、测试、架构、安全等团队协作，打通 `SDLC` 全流程，推动平台化和标准化建设。

- 基于数据持续优化研发过程，围绕 `DCT`、`DD`、`Velocity`、AI 使用率等关键指标推动改进。

 岗位要求

- 本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，具备扎实的软件工程基础。

- 具备研发流程建设、研发效能提升或工程体系治理相关经验。

- 熟悉至少一种主流开发语言，如 `Java`、`Go`、`Python`、`TypeScript`。

- 熟悉需求管理、设计评审、编码规范、测试左移、持续集成、持续交付等工程实践。

- 必须熟练使用 `AI智能体`、`Copilot`、代码生成及自动化工具开展研发工作，能够将 AI 应用于需求理解、方案设计、编码实现、测试辅助、问题定位和文档沉淀。

- 具备较强的抽象能力、推动能力和跨团队协同能力，能够将方法论转化为机制、流程和平台能力。

 加分项

- 有 `研发效能平台`、`DevSecOps`、`平台工程`、`规范治理` 相关经验。

- 有 AI Agent、知识库、流程自动化、数字员工建设经验。

- 有组织级转型推动、培训赋能、最佳实践推广经验
