Description and Requirements

l  About the organization and team

l  Japan ecommerce team are responsible for the all direct business( Lenovo Japan, NEC Personal computers, Lenovo Enterprise solutions) targeting consumer and small/medium business.   Sales routes are mainly online but includes telesales, retail CTO sales, etailer sales and dealer sales.

l  Total team FTEs are around 40 members.  Also, over 100 non HC employees works for this team.

l  Basic Organization structure of this position as follows

-        Manager              : ecommerce director

-        Subordinates       : 5

-        Number of Peers : 5

Job Description

·       Develop entire marketing strategy and conduct executions to drive direct business, working with GM, peer team members within direct team and peer segment marketing/sales team.

·       Marketing focus are as follows

-        Demand generation for target customers, BtoB and BtoC.  Conduct not only traditional media but also expected to deliver the new approach.

-        Elaborate the joint marketing approach with key alliance partners such as Intel, AMD, Microsoft so on.  Also expected to expand the partnership.

-        For BtoB business, develop effective and efficient customer life cycle management in acquisition, development, and retention.

·       Manage and develop digital marketing team

·       Lead and organize entire marketing process working with SOP, 4P and each Route owner to support and drive entire direct business

Possible Career Path

-         Take over ecommerce GM position

-         Rotate to 4P, SOP, and Lead of route owner

-         Transfer to key position in Japan marketing team

Must Have Experience:

-         Self starter even in ambiguous circumstances

-         Strong commitment for business

-         Strong analytical and problem solving capability

-         Middle Class Excel efficiency

-       English Fluency

·        Both BtoB and BtoC Marketing management experience in foreign affiliated companies

·        Digital marketing experience

·        Lead acquisition and nurturing experience utilizing marketing automation tool

Analytical experience of digital marketing and ecommerce analysis using google analytics etc.
