As a Healthcare Program Management & Delivery Operations Manager, you will work directly with internal and external partner organizations to drive Solution Management and Operational Delivery readiness for Lenovo’s growing Healthcare portfolio of solutions and products through an expedited product lifecycle assurance process from pre-concept through launch, post ship support and follow-on transitions. This individual will be responsible for execution of Lenovo and 3rd party part numbers creation and sourcing, fulfillment execution, inventory management, quote to delivery order flow management, vendor onboarding and related accounts payable/receivable execution and data reporting via internal systems and in conjunction with other areas of Lenovo as needed. The scope of this includes, but is not limited to cross-functional engagement and execution of Healthcare Solutions as needed with Strategic HW/SW Partners, Global/Geo Finance, Legal, IDG/DCG BU’s, Lenovo SW, Accessories BU, Global Supply Chain, Global/Geo Procurement, Global/Geo Services, Global/Geo Sales, Global/Geo Marketing, Global/Geo Operations, Global/Geo Brand Management, Global/Geo Incentives, USFC, Commissions, and BT/IT.

Key responsibilities will be to:
1.    Maintain and execute an expedited solution assurance lifecycle cross-functional project plan with on-time exits 
2.    Own and drive cross-functional project action execution with owners, dates, & dependencies from pre-concept to post-launch support on plan schedule 
3.    Solution bundling, solution and part number creation, sourcing and management
4.    Develop and execute on Fulfillment, Inventory, Returns and Refurbishment models for solutions as required
5.    Drive the Supply/demand process & E2E Order-to-cash testing, including the Incentives and Commissions Payments process 
6.    Onboard vendors, manage forecasted demand, place orders, and perform accounts payable/receivable financial execution via internal systems and direct engagement.
7.    Collect, aggregate and present numerous types of data from Lenovo internal systems for reporting, analysis, status, update, recommendations and decisions by management
8.    Participate in/and or lead special projects as assigned

The Healthcare Program Management & Delivery Operations Manager must be viewed as having substantial expertise in Lenovo internal systems, Program Management and Delivery Operations for purposes of driving and delivering new, innovative Healthcare Solutions to the market in co-ownership with Healthcare Solution Managers on time, on budget and on scope. The role will engage on a day-to-day basis with key contacts across all functional areas of Lenovo’s organization as well as numerous external partners. The role will also work in conjunction with internal business units (e.g., PC/Tablet, Servers, Software, Services, Accessories) to ensure the foundational Lenovo hardware is inclusive and best in class. The role will collect and aggregate data for presentation in updated reports to management encompassing Healthcare strategy, business case justification, status, results, and recommendations to Director and VP levels. The candidate must be proactive, able to problem solve on a daily basis, and engage management as needed with effective, efficient and responsive communication.

This individual will assist Healthcare Solution Managers in their ongoing quest to expand and transform Lenovo from a hardware-centric, transaction-oriented company to a Solution-centric, customer-oriented one in the Healthcare industry focused on software, services and hardware. The Healthcare Program & Delivery Operations Manager must be a change agent who possesses the necessary levels of business, systems and technical prowess in order to facilitate and support the driving of new solution capability for Lenovo on a cross functional multi-geo level. 


•    5+ Years experience in Lifecycle Program/Project Management driving cross-functional teams from concept to launch and beyond to deliver on time, on budget and in scope technology solutions.  
•    3+ Years experience with Lenovo internal financial, ordering, inventory, fulfillment, pipeline and operational systems. 
•    Experience working in conjunction with and driving cross-functional product management, technology, operations, marketing and sales areas for solution success.
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and/or Information Technology.  
•    Experience in the Healthcare and/or Technology industry working on the delivery of technology solutions desirable.


The successful candidate should also possess strongly demonstrable:
- Experience in supply planning, managing operations, production scheduling, quote-to-delivery, capacity planning, forecasting, financials, supply and scheduling reporting 
- Exemplary lifecycle program/project execution capabilities, with strong business process and internal Lenovo systems knowledge in a technology-centric organization
- Extensive program/project expertise driving teams to deliver on their plans related to new business solutions, with PMI or PMP a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in an autonomous capacity
- High degree of proactivity and creativity, finding new ways to create, alter, and coalesce enablement processes, and resolve issues with cross-functional team members
- Spirit of entrepreneurship and taking initiative, requiring high-energy, fast-paced, highly responsive, proactivity, and results-oriented solid teaming/collaboration skills
- Understanding of country/region complexities for global healthcare technology-oriented implementations is a plus
