Description and Requirements

岗位职责:
1、 对全国智慧教育售前工程师的日常售前工作管理,主要包括安排协调售前工程师协助区域客户经理(sales)打单,提供智慧教育及智能桌面虚拟化(IDV)解决方案售前、售中、售后支持
2、售前规范文档的制作,协调各产品经理输出对应产品的标底文档、竞品分析文档和产品培训文档
3、编写并培训全国售前工程师根据受众区别编写定向方案及培训材料
4、为区域代理渠道技术人员提供技术培训,促进区域本地化部署能力
5、根据一线工作经验,对解决方案提出改进建议,促进业务发展,助力销售任务达成

职位要求:
1、本科或本科以上学历,计算机相关专业
2、五年以上IT,虚拟化,云计算相关公司技术服务或售前相关工作经验
3、具有较好的管理、协调、沟通能力
4、熟悉IT基础架构和IT服务体系,
5、具有良好的写作、宣讲和培训能力
6、具备相关教育信息化工作经验的优先考虑
