As part of the Asia Pacific eCommerce team, the ISG Merchandising Manager will be responsible for leading projects that improve the on-site experience and increase sales conversion on Lenovo.com. You will work closely with other teammates on the AP eCommerce Merchandising team and the WW ISG eCommerce team to execute tactics to achieve these goals. • Develop merchandising plans based on customer insights, eCommerce strategy (LenovoPro), ISG goals and initiatives to meet KPIs for revenue, site conversion, average order size, and user experience (e.g. enhance product discovery and content) • Lead strategic projects to enhance the overall ISG web experience • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, research best practices, and perform competitive analysis to define the project scope • Craft content and manage execution for special projects to improve the site experience • Work with extended teams to perform quality assurance testing and push projects live • Work closely with the ISG Team, 4P Manager and eCommerce Manager to coordinate weekly execution of web merchandising tactics including graphics & site updates and define, agree, and execute sales and promotional plans • Analyze traffic and revenue results for merchandising tactics and owned pages • Create processes to streamline and improve current business practices • Collaborate with AP & WW ISG teams to design themes to tell key merchandising stories and work with site and development teams to deliver these stories within the context of the ISG consumer experience • Day-to-day maintenance of category landing pages and other relevant site real estate • Management of the product life cycle, including new product launches, end-of-life products, and product substitutions • Work closely with the ISG team to ensure effective management of online inventory • Constantly monitor site search and navigation on the site, ensuring it is fully optimized and make suggestions to improve the customer journey, whilst understanding the commercial impact of these changes • At least 3 years of project management experience in an eCommerce environment • Able to read and write in both English and Japanese • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks independently • Ability to easily conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment is essential • Strong self-initiative with the ability to identify areas of improvement with little direction • Fine attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate end-results • Ability to execute in the fast-paced environment of eCommerce • Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills • Experience with JIRA or similar production tools for issue tracking and bug resolution • Experience with Adobe Analytics
