Description and Requirements

We are seeking a Field Senior Sales Manager in the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) leading the team in the Northeast. 

You will drive the team on revenue, profit and position Lenovo for continued growth and success. You will champion the innovative power of our solutions to make large enterprise companies more productive, collaborative and transformative. The position is work from home ideally in the Northeast of the United States around Boston, New York or Philadelphia. 

What You'll Do
• Achieve revenue and profitability objectives for Lenovo while driving growth across multiple product sets 
• Develop strategic relationships with customers to drive their initiatives while mutually driving Lenovo success 
• Lead a cross functional sales team within the company to keep deals moving through the funnel 
• Conduct weekly cadence to deliver and overachieve results leveraging CRM and BMS tools 
• Interact, engage and build relationships with the channel to enhance Lenovo's position and scale 
• Work closely with other Lenovo sales leaders and support organization leaders to position Lenovo value, achieve revenue objectives and maintain customer satisfaction Set direction for business development and solution replication 
• Drive team for operational excellence including activities, pipeline, revenue and profit generation
• Maintain solid experience control with the team 
• Successfully lead sales team responsible for the following: Identifying, developing, and closing new large enterprise opportunities within the territory across multiple verticals 
• Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals 
• Develop C level relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to customers 
• Understand and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and services developments 
• Ensure that our customers receive world class sales and customer service 
• Effectively and consistently use CRM and other reporting tools to track key sales metrics and consistently meet those metrics 
• Interact, engage and build relationships with the channel to enhance Lenovo's position and scale 
• Work closely with other Lenovo Sales teams and support organizations to position Lenovo value and maintain customer satisfaction 
• Conceptualize, develop, and storyboard industry and technical presentations to all levels of the organization 
• Develop long term sales pipeline and relationships to increase Lenovo’s market share 
• Create and grow reference customers Selling across Lenovo's portfolio of complex solutions, being truly consultative 
• Contribute to enduring executive relationships that establish Lenovo’s consultative professionalism and promote its total capabilities 
• Maintain expertise on typical budgets, objectives, measures, and metrics of the customer’s leadership team

Position Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience leading a technology sales team
• Experience working in data center hardware, data center solutions, or cloud industry
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
