Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Learning Operations Specialist is a member of the worldwide Sales Learning and Enablement team within the Marketing, Communications, and Enablement group.

This role is responsible for supporting the core functionality and maintenance of the learning technology systems, running reports on training program effectiveness, tracking the content management lifecycle, and managing vendor expenses.

For this role we are seeking someone with learning technology experience and project management skills.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

* Support the maintenance of all global learning platforms, programs, and tools for internal and external learners.
* Document project management procedures and maintain a project plan to ensure all deliverables are on time and budget.
* Assist in troubleshooting and completing help desk tickets on all platforms and tools.
* Create periodic dashboard reports on each platform and tool to communicate the maturation of each system.
* Track and report on learning and enablement content lifecycle.
* Track vendor expenses against department budget forecast.
* Proactively develop new skills in alignment with the Sales Learning and Enablement team goals and the capabilities of learning platforms and tools.


* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Minimum of 3 years of corporate project administration experience.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
* Expert knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Smartsheet.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Practical experience partnering and/or managing third party vendors and resources.
* Travel is not required.

Position Location:

* This role is based out of our Romania office. Local candidates preferred. Remote employees will be considered so long as they can be available to work primarily in the Eastern US time zone and well as accommodate calls in China Standard time zone.
