Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Learning Platform Administrator is a key member of the worldwide Sales Learning and Enablement team and will be responsible for supporting a global team of sales learning partners, technical SMEs, instructional designers, and content managers on all things learning platforms and sales enablement tools related. For this reason, we are seeking an individual with learning management system (LMS) experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to solve problems, and continuously learn, to propose future process improvements.

In this position, you will:

  • Run all administrative and technical aspects of the Saba and Adobe Captivate LMS systems, plus Microsoft SharePoint and additional learning platforms and tools.  This includes reporting on and managing internal and partner learning content; plus assisting with the upload and creation of courses and curricula.
  • Perform routine audits on learning and sales enablement content to ensure performance and quality assurance.  Display excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to identify issues, evaluate problems and formulate best practices. 
  • Support with the maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete help desk tickets on all learning platforms and tools within required service level agreements.  Drive reported issues to solution by escalating with the vendor and Lenovo technical support.  Record issues and solution action steps, whether technical, training, or communication related, to prevent recurring incidents.
  • Pull monthly reports from each platform and tool to communicate the maturation of each system. This will enable the Sales Learning and Enablement team to review CSAT scores, understand user needs, drive system utilization, and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Actively engage with the Sales Learning and Enablement team and the broader Marketing, Communications, Enablement team in order to see opportunities for alignment and collaboration.
  • Proactively develop new skills in alignment with the Sales Learning and Enablement team goals and the capabilities of learning platforms and sales enablement tools in order to propose recommendations for future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience.
  • Act as an intracompany brand ambassador for ISG learning platforms and tools.

***1-year determined working contract (maternity replacement) with the possibility of extending the collaboration on other roles/ projects.

Apply if you have:

  • 3+ years of previous LMS administration experience 
  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Education Administration, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred
  • Working knowledge of design software and editing tools (e.g. Articulate and Captivate) is preferred
  • Some knowledge of HTML, SharePoint, and JavaScript is also beneficial

In this position, you will be part of a global team and report to the ISG Sales Learning & Development Senior Manager based in the US.
