Description and Requirements




The SMB Sales Manager is the owner and driver of the ISG SMB business in the given territory. The SMB Manager is an experienced strong Channel sales expert who is in charge of developing the SMB business through the channel. The person has a strong channel background, product and financial skills, also commercial skills. They are primarily handling the below tasks: 

 This position reports to the EMEA ISG Channel Sales Director.


In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning and Managing the SMB P&L in the territory: Revenue and profit targets 
  • Product selection to address the SMB markets and channel stocks 
  • Product pricing: benchmarking vs. market and balancing profitability
  •  MidMarket/SMB bid pricing 
  • Owning and introducing channel campaigns to expand the reseller base and channel sales 
  • Managing relationships with the distributors and some of the resellers 
  • Gathering competitive data, and market intelligence, for driving a smarter portfolio 
  • Planning the product marketing and aiming for the right marketing activities suitable for the given territory and aligning them with company strategy

This is a Sales leadership role. The ISG SMB business is typically driven by the channel, that’s why the person in this role is mainly driving sales activities through distribution. 


Apply if you have:


  • 5 years of experience in IT Sales (Channel development is preferable) 
  • Fluent in English and German language skills
  • Based in Switzerland, in or close to Zurich
