Description and Requirements

Sales Operations Manager is a central function that governs the sales operations of a Russian infrastructure solutions market.
You as a Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for enabling the control of all sales performance indicators and reporting on the state of business in Russia & EECA. 

It is key that the role is built upon a strong relationship with all sales resources and strong understating of our KPI and metrics.

What You will be doing:

  • This is an advisory role to the country general manger and carries the responsibility for accurate business tracking, timely review of sales KPIs and governance of the business management system in place with the leadership team
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the market leader and would establish and maintain clean operational processes. and in particular: Pipeline review and hygiene, sales cadences, forecasts, quota and territory assignment, market blueprint governance
  • Business analytics on a set of standardised indicators
  • Respond to any ad-hoc request from the Management around sales and market performance
  • Have close & frequent relationship with: Regional sales Director, Country General manager, Country Sales teams, Supply chain teams, Reporting & Finance team
You will report to EMEA Director of Sales Operations, Infrastructure Solutions Group of Lenovo.

Position requirements / What will You bring?

• Previous experience in Sales Operations and working with analytical models (preferably in the IT industry)
• Good Problem solving & analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft and PowerPoint skills;
• Experience with SQL would be advantageous.
• Fluency in English
• Attention to details and an organized approach
